Proactive Maintenance

On a monthly basis we run our complete IT infrastructure maintenance assessment which is comprised of a long list of checks that we run through one-by-one to ensure your computer systems continue to run smoothly. Such checks include, updating the OS (Operating System), updating hardware firmware updates, rebooting equipment and services, reviewing whether all data on the system is covered by a backup solution, etc.

Reactive Support

In addition to our proactive maintenance service, we also provide fast response reactive services to assist with those issues that cannot be prevented. Our teams are highly adaptable and are proficient in the systems and software we provide. For any issues or bugs that are not immediately known by the team, we will research and liaise with the relevant persons to reach a working solution.
