temperature, changes made automatically (such as updates),
bugs in software and human integration. Therefore it
is important to put measures in place to maintain your
system.
We can
provide IT support on an ad-hoc basis or we can provide
maintenance agreements (so you know the cost each month).
With our maintenance agreement the price you pay depends on
how easy your system is to manage, therefore if you have
made investments in servers or reliable hardware or software
then you can expect the monthly charges to decrease
proportionately.
When we
provide our advanced maintenance package all labour costs are
inclusive so you will expect to see us even when you don't
have an issue to provide proactive maintenance, including
but not limited to installation of software updates or
installation of antivirus license files on an annual basis.
You will
often find that overall, taking in to account some of the
major events that can arise (such as hard drive failures)
the monthly maintenance fee is less than you would have paid
in callouts or helpdesk support calls.
