Installing

You may
be starting in business and not have any computers and need

Deploying
computers from a perfectly configured template image
Perhaps you
are setting up more than one computer and would like to
consider creating consistency on all of the computers on
your network. It can be worth spending a bit of time
perfecting the installation of the first computer on your
network, ensuring all of the latest updates and software are
installed and configured correctly and then use this
computer as a template to create an image from. Since
a Windows installation and installation of all of the
updates and applications can take 4 -6 hours it can be well
worth taking an image that can deploy future computers in
about half an hour. Then if computers should need
replacing, hard drives should fail, computer get infected
with viruses or your simply decide the computer could do
with a performance boost then it can be reinstalled from
this image. If you have a deployment solution in place
such as Acronis Snap Deploy then we will reduce the monthly
cost of your maintenance agreement for your client computers
by up to 30%.

Relocating
your office
If you are
moving office then we can liaise with you the whole way
through making recommendations about how to transport the
equipment, arranging to have
network cabling in place before the move, liaising with
providers (such as Internet and telephone line providers) to
get services transferred to your new location. Please

Software and
hardware upgrades
Perhaps you are
considering speeding up your existing computer with an
upgrade. This could be a memory upgrade or storage
capacity upgrade. Please
speak with us to
discuss the limitation that you feel you are experiencing in
order that we can recommend the best upgrade to circumvent
the issue.
We offer
hardware and software upgrades, including memory upgrades,
hard drive replacements, Windows in place upgrades (where we
install the later version of Windows over the top of an
existing Windows installation to keep the settings
unchanged). It may be necessary in some instances to
perform a clean installation, transferring your settings
manually (for example you cannot directly upgrade from
Windows XP to Windows 7). we can assist with that too.
